Scott and I, also on the train ride.
Jace tagged along with us to Lagoon this year. Each each year we have let him stay at a baby sitters. He enjoyed riding the rides and swiming. He does not however, understand how to stand in line and wait his turn. We often caught him climing the fence to get in or butting in front of all the little tikes infront of him. It was fun to have him with us and as usual he kept things very interesting.
TyLene was finally tall enough to ride all of the big rides. I thought for sure they would scare her, because I was a big lilly when I was her age and hated the big rides. Of course, she loved them and begged to go on the Collases, Wicked, and the White Roller Coaster over and over and over. She is so brave! She had fun riding the rides with her cousin Salena and getting to know her better.
Tayson was a little bummed that he was not tall enough to go on the big rides. He is convinced that he will be next year. I am afraid he wont make it because he will have to grow six inches to make it. Oh well, hopefull by next year he will have forgoten. He had a good time riding the smaller rides and playing with his cousins Chris, William, and Ben.
Being the fourth of July weekend we thought the place was going to be packed, fortunately for us the lines were not bad at all and we had a great time camping at the campground at Lagoon. After spending two full days at Lagoon over the fourth we are ready for a few days of rest before we tackle the next reunion.
